Wrought Iron Hanging Baskets Need decorating ideas .. Please help!? I moved into a beautiful beautifully restored 1880 farmhouse last week. In each window there is a beautiful wrought iron hook designed to block a factory. I want to buy those hooks for hanging plants, but it appears that plants usually suspended the sale of plastic or other trash look. Does anyone have ideas on how to hang magnificent plants? I thought maybe buy plants and put into beautiful baskets with a handle and the basket hanging hook ... but would welcome other ideas. I am a little decorating with difficulties. THANKS! Here's a site with some lovely hanging baskets I've seen these home improvement stores, you can also find them in stores for home decoration and craft stores like Michael. These are not usually as ornate as those on this site, and most of those stores are covered with coconut fiber that prevents water flow for about 2-3 years. http://arusticgarden.com/hangingbaskets . ... plants use to slide on hooks, and then a plateau adjoing the distance between two hooks and place the plants. Your idea sounds great baskets with ... As the handle of the basket is somewhat adapted to the hook. Yet believe it or not, there are real pots (I presume your hooks are cast iron) that go with those hooks. My mother has them in his house. Try going to this site to find them. www.vandykes.com Good Luck! You can add a few butterflies on your plants to make it more dynamic and alive! Posted on June 2, 2010.
