Stone Wall Fountains

So I decided to build my own wall fountain similar to those ...

and after much research on how to do I have a decent idea for most everything I need to do. But I can not decide on the material for the back. I am trying to cut costs and I like a solid structure rather than using the material as the tiles that look ok, but I feel a more solid look or stone looks much better.

Any type of material you can list that you think would work great. Help me think outside the box! I'm far from an expert to be great ideas.

Go to a granite shop and choose a piece of scrap you like that is the right size. Most will give you a good deal about it and the colors are endless.

Formica (laminated), as they use on counters, or, what about all types of landscapes or painting, protected by a piece of glass. Maybe a window, sealed with resin.

Whatever you, consider putting the chemical in the water makes the Aqua preheat water when the black light is used to it. It's beautiful!

Why not try a beautiful piece of slate, it is very solid and more natural look nice. Good luck with your project.

Outside the box .... How about corrian, when I remodeled business I used to throw thousands of dollars in this kind of thing. If you find that you can probably do it cheap, easy to repair. It is easy to put a drawing with a router as well. Very versatile.

Marble, slate and granite are natural stone can be cut and shaped.

I suggest going to the local BLM and obtain a permit (only $ 20 at most) and go to the local rock pit for a natural material. The BLM will have a list of rocks that can be removed and how. My husband and I do it all the time. Good luck!
