Sound Spa

It's a little noise making machine that I use to sleep. It changes the volume on me by itself. It goes from low to very abruptly, then back to soft again every 5 minutes and annoying the heck out of me. I have to do to fall asleep and do not know how to fix it ... all men of good practice there can guide me through having to solve this problem? I do not want to buy another, I just want it fixed. 1. Homedics Contact. You can call 1-800-HOMEDICS and tell them about your problem. Another way to communicate with them is to go to their website (www.homedics.com) and click on "Customer Relations" link. It will take you to a page where you can send an e-mail describing your problem and they email a reply to you. I do not know how old or your new machine is healthy, but I think he has a year warranty.
