I put mine in the washing machine inside a delicate pillow case.It summer allowed to me.

I used to always put mine in the washing machine .... you may have to reshape slightly, but it is cleaner when it comes out.

Do not put it in the wash. Get Dreft stain spray (they have at Walmart), spray and use a warm moist cloth to wipe.
