What is the best light meter used to measure lux, candle, etc. .. pi?

I'm looking to buy a car I started selling LED lights. I need to understand my client's lighting needs and what they have now. I think the best way is to measure the amount of light they currently have and how they want.

I also want to test my own products to ensure that the production that I specify.
