Landscape Water Fountains

Landscape Water FountainsIs there a home remedy "to get rid of algae from a water landscape (fountain)?

a copper coin in the bottom .... a bundle of lavender .... something called POND BLOCK, available in pet stores .... get stuff right 'and stop trying things that are not intended to work in water that wildlife is attracted to .... a bottle of algaecide and changes in freshwater are not so much !!....

If there are no plants or fear of animals drinking water or small children pour bleach in it

After cleaning my fountain I add 2 tablespoons of bleach to water. The birds still drink and bathroom themselves without difficulty. I also heard that you can use peroxide.
