You are willing to install a floating fountain? When you purchase should come with management or the bank should be able to give you information. Or you can save yourself some money and install a solar.
It should come with complete instructions, including piping and nozzles you might need. It probably will not come with a pump so make sure you get a product made to work 24 / 7 with the right amount of flow for the size of the fountain.
