Hair Art Straighteners

I have one, I've had about 4 years. Do you think it is time, I bought a new one? I'm looking to buy a Chi, but the thing is, my hairdresser upscale, they use the "relaxers Art", not Chi. I've never seen a Chi in a room, not even the best.

If you have used Chi & Hair Art, which is better in your opinion and why?

I know tons of people who have Chi
and they love it
id say a kind CHI because its easy 2 use
my friend has really curly hair
and she may recover more quickly with the chi
