Ultimately, it is about $ 3k. You do not need a big start. As with any art, you start small, and updated as necessary and requires talent, and that the budget allows. You might get a longer annealing glory hole, crucibles, etc., torches and several types of decisions ... This site also contains information on what equipment you will need (and prices) for the glassblowers torch. I am sure you will find all the useful site.

Thank you tons! I am adding these in my FAVS! Flag
To start a workshop of glass blowing, you will need some serious equipment, plus a serious amount of energy.
Just for the major equipment you will need:
A melting furnace @ K $ 12 - $ 30 k
A glory hole @ k $ 5 - $ 10 k
Annealing at k $ 5 - $ 12 k
A bench @ $ 1.5 k
Marver @ A $ 1 - $ 2 k
Is $ 24.500 - $ 55.500 for major equipment.
This does not include shipping costs, installation costs (you'll need a forklift or two), and the upgrade of electrical breakdown and gas supply in your garage. Depending on where you are and what condition is your garage, it will be between 20% and 200% of the cost of the equipment.
In addition to these, you'll need a bunch of blowguns and puntys, shears, molds and tools. These cost about $ 100 - $ 200 each. Add another $ 5,000 for it.
Glass will cost about $ 0.40 per pound of clarity, for the colors.
Keep all hot ovens will cost a few dollars per hour.
To begin, you might want to try lampworking first. You need a good flashlight and some tools, plus annealing. You can probably get this set up for $ 5,000 to $ 10,000.
