Does anyone know what Clay / ceramic figurine makers for professional use? Ok so here's the jargon, I am working towards a career in design features for television anime, games, pictures, etc.
And I want to start making figurines of my drawings, so I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of equipment being used pro ago figures.

Professionals use many different types, depending on what classes they took, and where. You can use the clay mud, clay, polymer, or non-hardening clay that can be reused. Paper mache 'sculpture and fabric are also used. And some people just invent their own way to make the characters they want. You can do all of those you love, or better yet, try them all.
