Concrete Fountain Molds

I saw videos on youtube of some people who make garden fountains and concrete areas and use this to their Pastic white concrete into a mold, then remove the concrete and left to the design. I just want to know how you make the molds (not concrete, you just need to put the concrete shell) or Where can I find it? THANKS!
