Christmas Luminaries

I want to make Christmas lights, so I bought paper bags, tea lights, cat litter, etc. Then I realized that I do not know how to cut patterns in paper bags easily, like the stars, trees, angels, etc. If I have to make them one at a time with an Exacto knife, it will take me forever. Does anyone know of a special craft tool to cut these designs quickly and easily?

There are die cutting machines. They can be found at craft stores, hobby / (Michael's, Joann, etc..) Good luck
