Choosing House Colors

Choosing House ColorsInterior painting the house - the choice of colors?

I'm building a new home and select paint colors for the rooms. The main floor has a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and mud room. How do I choose paint colors so that all rooms with a mixture of another?

Check out Sherwin Williams color visualizer to test different colors in different rooms. This is the best online viewer of any painting business there. The "painted" rooms look the most realistic, + it gives suggestions for coordinating colors at the bottom of the page.

Just a suggestion that I could do to make your home with a throughput of cohesion is to use color coordination, such as a map. For example, if you choose candy "rock" in your living room, then "up" in the next room, then "buff" in the next.

Or simply take note of your favorites. Anyhoo, enjoy!

I just finished this part of my home construction. I painted the ceiling and walls a color to another color. Now I'll go back and make feature walls. It is soooo hard picking colors! I chose to tile the laundry yesterday! My plan is to wait until I take my furniture, then choose the color of my accent wall. Good luck, I'm there with you!

You can go to Home Depot and use their color picker. It's really nice to put the different colors and see if they match or clash. You can print your results and check them on your walls.

OK, I'm a guy, colors if the mixture does not mean shit! Get a painting, you can clean! After a few visits Johnnie and running a pencil in your lane you will thank me!

if u have furniture try to match the color. I just paint the walls of my nutmeg ceiling off white it looks good. Good luck, I'll try to find the rug right now.

try the bedroom as a pale orange to yellow, and this will be the expansion in the hallway, where you can go lighter or a shade redder. or even try different shades of orange, yellow and hot. on each wall, a different shade, but not too dramatic. and put the sheets and red curtains. therapy red washed by that man, and orange arouses women. would be perfect, do not you think? (Wink)

the kitchen should never be blue, or the dining room. It is known that the appetite blue cuts. It is fine if you follow a steady, but why "punish" the rest of family too?
I would say in the dining room with a white burgundy trim. or even violet, which is warmer in the kitchen. Not fuschia. is an eye sore.
family room, can be fresh yellow, with spots or flakes. I had one of these, and when I walked into this room I felt like playing games, and jump around. It was a happy room. Ideal for family reunions, games.
the bathroom can be as dramatic as black tiles on the walls, metallic gray and the rest, and the floor. or a correction on the floor.

forget pink and blue. those for kindergarten. and the green is more difficult to find furniture that matches, unless you're in the 70s.

Have you ever furniture? If so, choose a color or shade of the upholstery that you want to highlight.
Do all rooms have the same color carpet flooring [wood] tiling?
Suggest lounge and dining room from floor or wall color, and the kitchen and dining room share a wall or the color of accessories.
Example: my house - LR and DR are open to each other, if the walls [] yellow] [beige carpet, curtains smoke [blue] the same thing.
DR has yellow walls, kitchen curtains yellow.
The kitchen has hunter green accessories, family room has green curtains and cushions.
