Ceramic Water Fountains

I have a water fountain outside and it has water stains on the outer sides of the ceramic bowl. What is the best way to remove them?

Soak with CLR and use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to scrub. Let CLR put on the spots for the first time

Take baking soda and dawn and make a paste, rub the paste on the stains, then pour the vinegar right on the box, and then rinse with water, once it is dry, apply a wax car to repel water stains future of developing countries. Car wax must repel water for a year, depending on the quality of the wax.

I use in my shower to repel water spots, so I have no car wax, I used the lemon oil and baby oil.

Use TSP to wipe it off, make sure to wear rubber gloves and rinse well.

Pure white vinegar

Method to use:
1.Fill a clean spray bottle with pure vinegar

2.Spray vinegar freely on the water fountain and wait a few minutes

3.If stains are stubborn spray more vinegar and wait a little longer

4.Simply wipe with a clean cloth, rinse with water to reveal the clean surface.

Sometimes stains are extra stubborn - for this make a paste of white vinegar and baking soda and rub gently with a soft brush or sponge. Never use an abrasive cleaner like scouring pads, powders or steel wool as this will scratch the surface.

Tip: If you live in an area with hard water and do not want to clean your fountain every week, consider a water filter. This will remove hard water minerals in your water and may even improve the taste of water you too! Good luck!
