Candle Cups

Candle CupsMany cups votive candle and a wedding gift?

I have an amount of thirty-six cups in clear glass votive candle and I wanted to make something of them in a gift for my cousin to marry. I will meet some of them with candles again, but after I'm done.

What are the ideas that I could fill them or use them to make a donation?

Thank you.

Maybe you can do some of them in tiny vases of flowers and put them in small bunches Bitty. Or you can fill out a bit with these beautiful marble color they sell at Pier 1. If you're feeling really crafty you can try your hand at painting the bride and groom's name on two of them with acrylic paint, or make some nice, simple designs.

You must be careful with this, because you do not want to watch it with cheese, especially for a wedding gift. I say this only because I can see myself trying to decorate and have to turn ugly or something I'd never display.

One thing that might work is to obtain tiny balls and put small plants in them. They do it with more containers, then this might cute. The problem is to find plants rather small. But you can also go to Michael and find one you like and then just cut and glue in the marbles. And you have unlimited color options, but I think the combo of black and clear beads with light green is great!

You can also get a votive lamp Nice (they are not expensive) and give that as well as candles. If you use scented, they can just turn them on when they want a new perfume!

Instant idea

Tell your cousin that you have thirty-six cups votive candle and ask if she might want to use for her wedding or reception. And if she says she certainly can, then give as gifts.
