Black Window Boxes

When I turn on my comp its fine and I can see my background and icons, but the mouse and the start bar is black and when I click on the Start menu while in the window is black. Even with control panel and my computer and everything! HELP !!!!!! pleaze

and Ryan said he might be the video card, but I think in this case it is more likely to be software related issue, an easy way to test the video card would be to simply delete the computer and Return to start the map, either on board or another video card and see if you still have the problem, if you do, then I would do a cover Windows installation, if you drive it ' is really quite painless, just pop the ant reboot disk and follow the instructions, I strongly suggest backing up all your data before installing a cover. Logitech QuickCam drivers sometimes do so if you have that it will crash the computer like that. If you uninstall it and then it'll work
