Best Eyeshadow Primer

I'm new to makeup and I want to know, in your opinion, what is the best eyeshadow primer. I heard a lot about UDPP, but I want something a little cheaper, since I am new to makeup. Thank you in advance.

UDPP is about $ 18 at Sephora which is a good price considering that it will last a long time. Even I use every day and I usually do not need a replacement for a good 2-3 months. You do not need too much. =)

I love urban decay primer potion. my sister uses a primer eye by Elf and she loves it. is only $ 3.

But UDPP takes the lead

Sephora as a real good Smashbox and not onlt that, but you can apply on your face for more coverage.
