Best Eye Primer

So eye primer is the stuff that makes your eyeshadow right stick all day. Well I need to know which is best to get. I do not have much cash, but I thought I could find something good and cheap at Walmart.

urban decay is the best but I got a pack for Christmas dear i do not how it is, but if you are interested you can get it in boots and House of Fraser! Hope this helps

I use cosmetics sealer LASplash splash proof (base / sealer shadow), Urban Decay Primer Potion, or for the benefit of the lemonade.

Nothing better than Urban Decay .... if you buy into the "sin" of color, it does everything you put eyeshadow over it shine!

The best eye primer I used is the potion primer urban decay.
