I need a paint scheme, modern room, using blues gray and white, suggestions? I'm looking for something modern, but something that will stand out. My work boyfried midnights, it's really dark in there in general. I need a paint system that will awaken and brighten my mood. I'm open to any ideas, I'm desperate!

Gray and blue are the colors you relax, calm down, not lift your mood. Assuming that your furniture is in these shades and you want to use them for this reason, do your white paint and a means, but blue on lively height of a chair rail to the ground. It will be more gay than you have now. Add a good lighting scheme to lift the mood even more. The gray, probably not help you.
White can brighten and freshen the atmosphere, but you might need a bit of yellow, orange and red to brighten the space. Now, you do not use large amounts of these colors or you will feel very overwhelmed. Try an experiment to see how it works for you: paint the white background.
